A 26-member delegation from the Kenya Defence Forces Command and Staff College (KDFCSC) visited Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC) on Monday 19 march 2018.

The group made up of 20 students and 6 permanent staff was led by Brig Gen SM Wachira, Deputy Commnadant of the KDFCSC.

The visit was part of African Study Tour for students of KDFCSC. The group was received and welcomed to the college by the Comdt of GAFCSC, Rear Admiral Seth Amoama.

The delegation was given a brief on the history, aim, objectives and courses offered in the college. Some of the visiting students later expressed interest in coming back to pursue the Masters in Defence and International Politics.

The group later joined exercise MOFIAMO 18 for 21 Brigade Commander’s orders. The group was later hosted to lunch by the Commandant.

There was exchange of gifts between the 2 colleges. The delegation later moved Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre to continue their tour.
