On Thursday 17 December 2020, the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College was privileged to receive quantity fourteen (14) Hewlett Packard desktop computers from the Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS), Rear Admiral Seth Amoama. Donating the computers to the College on behalf of the CNS, the Chief Staff Officer (CSO) at the Naval Headquarters, Commodore GL Bessing iterated that the gesture was in fulfillment of a pledge made by the CNS a few months earlier during his presentation of his vision to students of Senior Staff Course 42. According to Commodore Bessing, training is one of the core objectives of the CNS and that has led to the transformation of the Naval Training Command (NAVTRAC) inaugurated at Sogakope in the Volta Region a few months ago by the Commander in Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces. He continued that the CNS was convinced the computers would enhance training in the College. The commandant of the College, Rear Admiral Moses Beick-Baffour, expressed his appreciation and that of the Management of the College to the CNS for his instrumental support to the welfare of the College.
