On Wednesday 15 December 2020, the Commandant of the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC), Rear Admiral Moses Beick-Baffour, paid a courtesy call on the Director of the Ghana School of Law, Professor Maxwell Opoku-Agyemang. The Commandant presented him with a framed picture and complimentary copies of the College’s 2021 calendar of which the month of April was dedicated to the Professor for his fifteen years’ dedication to the College. Professor Opoku-Agyemang has been consistently delivering lectures on constitutional law at the College hence, the Commandant saw the need to recognize his invaluable support to the intellectual growth of students of GAFCSC. Professor Opoku-Agyemang expressed gratitude to the Commandant for the gesture and stressed that it was his duty to inculcate the rule of law in recognition of the Constitution of the land. He added that even though it had become a practice for people to be honored posthumously, he was touched by the College’s recognition of his contribution while he was still alive. He expressed gratitude to the Commandant for the dignifying recognition.
