
GAFCSC HONOURS DR VLADIMIR ANTWI-DANSO
The Commandant of the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Major General Matthew Essien on behalf of the Staff College Fraternity honoured the Dean and Director of Academic Affairs, Dr Vladimir Antwi-Danso for his many years of outstanding dedication, distinguished career and service to the College during a brief ceremony as part of the graduation ceremony for Junior Staff Course 82. The ceremony celebrated the Dean’s years of dedicated service, recognized significant achievements highlighting his hard work, commitment to nation-building, and contributions to academia.
Dr Antwi-Danso’s role as the Dean and Director of Academic Affairs of the College has been pivotal in advancing the College’s academic mission. His commitment to security and defence as well as his expertise in geopolitical issues has shaped the nation’s top military leaders, equipping them with strategic and operational excellence.
The College presented Dr Antwi-Danso with a citation eulogizing him, a customised plaque, a 55-inch Smart TCL television set and other gifts as part of his retirement package and in appreciation of his dedicated service to GAFCSC. The Commandant also commended Dr Vladimir Antwi-Danso for his dedication and service to the Ghana Armed Forces and the nation at large. He wished him well as he retires from the College as the Dean and Director of Academic Affairs.
