Board Focus

The Policy Committee provides a structured forum for aligning institutional priorities, operational decisions, and academic support functions within GAFCSC. Its membership reflects the breadth of college leadership, from command appointments and division heads to academic and administrative officers.

By drawing together leaders from teaching, research, coordination, registry, library, IT, and corporate affairs, the committee supports consistent policy thinking across the college and helps ensure that implementation remains coherent at both strategic and operational levels.
