
KENYA JOINT COMMAND AND STAFF COLLEGE DELEGATION VISITS GAFCSC
A 28-member delegation from the Kenya Joint Command and Staff College (JCSC) on Tuesday, 12 March 12, 2024, visited the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College in Teshie.
The delegation led by the Commandant of the College, Major General EM Kinuthia, was on a 5-day study tour in Ghana to explore lessons learned in Strategic Studies, Leadership, Command, and Management modules, and to familiarize themselves with Ghana's socio-political, economic, and defense environment. Other delegation members were the Dean of JCSC, 5 Directing Staff, 3 supporting staff and 18 students.
Upon arrival at GAFCSC, they were warmly received by the Deputy Commandant, Brigadier General WA Seidu. The Chief Coordinator, Colonel MO Mantey, briefed the delegation on the aims and objectives of the college, as well as its organizational structure. They were also briefed on GAFCSC’s five-year strategic plans to elevate the college to meet international standards.
Additionally, the delegation was conducted around the College and allowed to interact with Senior Command and Staff College 45 students.
